Everyone aspires to make it big and climb up the socio-economic ladder. So, did I. For me, NTHP paved a path for a future I had always dreamed of. The support from my parents, my determination combined with the NTHP experience, that not only covered my educational expense at the IBA, for the duration of my degree but also broadened my horizons in an unimaginable way.
IBA - OGDCL Talent Hunt Program is an incredible opportunity for the countless underserved like me. The experience is for a lifetime and so are the opportunities that its brings along.

Coming from the underserved city of Quetta, getting higher education at Pakistan’s premier business education school was always a dream. However, after Intermediate it seemed nearly impossible for my family to afford my education at IBA. Fortunately, I found out about IBA, Karachi and OGDCL’s Baluchistan Talent Hunt Program (BTHP), this program proved to be a phenomenal opportunity for me. The Orientation Program under BTHP, helped us prepare for IBA’s entrance test and the interview.
Upon getting into IBA, BTHP offered a fully funded scholarship, bearing all my tuition, hostel accommodation, mess expenses along with a monthly stipend for the four years degree program.
BTHP has made me believe that no dream is unattainable with determination, hard work and resolve.
