In a world where societal norms dictated attitudes and attitudes determined destinies, my passion became being a financially independent woman. Pursuing an education from a highly esteemed, merit-based institution has always been my ambition. The OGDCL Talent Hunt Program proved to be a remarkable turning point in my life, serving as the gateway to the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. This entire journey made me believe that hard work and dedication actually pay off.

Coming from the underserved city of Quetta, getting higher education at Pakistan’s premier business education school was always a dream. However, after Intermediate it seemed nearly impossible for my family to afford my education at IBA. Fortunately, I found out about IBA, Karachi and OGDCL’s Baluchistan Talent Hunt Program (BTHP), this program proved to be a phenomenal opportunity for me. The Orientation Program under BTHP, helped us prepare for IBA’s entrance test and the interview.

Upon getting into IBA, BTHP offered a fully funded scholarship, bearing all my tuition, hostel accommodation, mess expenses along with a monthly stipend for the four years degree program.

BTHP has made me believe that no dream is unattainable with determination, hard work and resolve.
